Overview

Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara

Depart Nairobi early morning at 6:00 Am and drive through the Rift Valley Escarpments and into the Maasai Mara. Upon getting your park entry tickets, enjoy an en-route game drive to your hotel searching for the Big 5 Game among others. Check into your hotel for a late lunch and relaxation. Head out for an evening drive where you get to view the sunset. Search for animals not seen previously before heading back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Mara River, Maasai Village, Nairobi

Early morning after breakfast check out and drive through the Mara Plains. Take advantage of the early morning to spot animals not seen the previous day and if lucky catch the cats hunting. Get to the Mara River where you take a guided walking tour along the banks of the river to view the migration routes and see the hippo families and crocodiles. Later stop at the border point of Serengeti and Maasai Mara Reserve. An en-route game drives to spot the animals not seen and depart for Nairobi. Experience a Maasai Cultural Tour where you visit a village and get to learn more about the community, dance with them, and interact with the warriors and women. Drive back to Nairobi with a stopover in Narok for Lunch.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
